FORMULASI DAN UJI AKTIVITAS SEDIAAN SABUN KERTAS EKSTRAK ETANOL DAUN PANDAN (Pandanus amaryllifolius) SEBAGAI ANTIBAKTERI

Daun pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb) memiliki khasiat dalam bidang kesehatan yaitu sebagai antibakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini memformulasikan sabun kertas dari ekstrak daun dan pengujian aktivitas antibakteri sediaan kertas. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental laboratorium. Sabun etanol dibuat tiga formula F1(1 gram kosentrasi 100%), F1(2 F3 (3 100%). Hasil menunjukan bahwa telah memenuhi syarat SNI 2588:2017. Ketiga menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Pseudomonas aeruginosa daya hambat terbesar dibandingkan dengan lainnya
